It is great value, right in the heart of a wonderful selection of restaurants. The location makes so much of Paris really walkable. It's also super convenient for the metro and the RER to the airport.
My husband and I spent a lovely long weekend in this well appointed apartment. It was perfectly located for a conference I attended. It was also very close to the Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower.
Running through the heart of Paris, the river Seine provides a scenic backdrop for quayside picnics and a sought-after spot to cool off during the summer Paris Plages event. The city is world-renowned for its shopping, from the homey kitchenware stores on Rue Montorgueil to the historic fashion houses of Rue Cambon.
Wij felt very comfortable in the small cozy apartment and always liked to come "home" every night after our sightseeing program. The metro kan zijn a few steps away and so wij were always quite uncomplicated in the center. Thanks Lydie and Phan for the wonderful time!
We walked everywhere. We loved the eetgelegenheden in the Passage Panoramas below and enjoyed sitting on the the balcony and taking in the view. The flat was peaceful and well equipted. Communication with the hosts was swift, friendly and informative. Wij will definitely return.

An ideal time to book a vacation rental in Paris kan zijn in spring, when the city’s gardens are in full bloom and the cafés are bustling. From June through August, temperatures spike and there are long days ofwel sunshine, drawing locals out onto the banks ofwel the Seine.
Now with ample solar and inverter backup. The most popular beaches are within walking distance and so is the main village with supermarkets, deli's, eetgelegenheden and a variety ofwel shops.
Luckily, she didn't. The home was amazing for our large family. Everyone had enough space and a bit of privacy. Wij were in a heat wave, but there were plenty ofwel fans that helped. There were so many house plants! Everything was beautiful & felt alive. Ray came by to drinkwater them, he's great! There's a sweet bakery on the corner my daughter visited every morning. The neighborhood is quiet & safe. There kan zijn a park down the street. The house kan zijn close to 3 metro lines so you're still in the middle of everything.
Excellent stay in this house we were with my family, a group ofwel 10 people, and wij were very comfortable overnights Langeland large spaces to share, many bathrooms all the spaces well cared for, comfortable beds, has good collectivity in the center ofwel Paris, being equally a quiet area to spend a few days. I would go to this place again the next time I visit Paris
My daughter and I spent 5 days with Lydie and Phan aan Christmas. From Charle de Gaulles airport, the apartment can be reached quickly within 40-50 minutes with only 1x change. Lydie kindly asked a friend to hand over the key to us.
Stay was just as advertised! Architecture kan zijn just lovely. It was nice to have access to a washer/dryer after traveling for a few days. Ofwel note, the spiral stairs are intense - approximately 80+ steps to the unit with no lift.
Mathilde and Denis apt is super well located, close to downtown Montmartre and very close to Metro lines to quickly connect with the rest ofwel the city.
Wij stayed At Marine's apartment for the Olympics, and it proved to be so much better than staying in a herberg. It was great to come back from an event and being in an apartment together (wij were three) rather than staying in individual herberg rooms.
